(Mon.) - Students will use class time to contact their local photographer for information about their upcoming speeches. They will first make sure they have the photographer's e-mail or phone number, then begin contacting them.
(Tues.) - Students will work on their storyboards for the upcoming photo books. (Wed.) - Photo Book storyboards are due. (Thurs.-Fri.) - Students will work on their local photographer speeches. Two examples of Photo Books
(Mon.) - Students will continue to work on their portfolios, loading their best photo shoot photos and Photoshop projects, using the templates for written information.
(Tues.) - Draft day for Local Photographer Oral Reports. Students will choose a photographer for the upcoming 3-minute speech (PowerPoint show). (Wed.) Students will be given story board forms to help plan their upcoming Photo Books. Fifteen panels, representing 15 possible photos for the book, should be completed. (Thurs.) - Students can work on either their portfolios or local photographer speeches. The first deadline for the portfolio will be graded with the teacher checking off progress on student computers. (Fri.) - Students will write their idea (theme) for the upcoming Photo Book on a list passed around the class. Students will visit the Student Art Festival display in Wildcat Court. |
