" I will demonstrate the value of using a flipping LCD by shooting from an extreme low angle and using the LCD to help my focus."
(Tues.) - Students will turn in their total number of Missing Pet photos and then apply two of them to a Missing Pet poster using Photoshop.
"I will complete the Missing Pet poster as if my pet was actually missing, adding two distinctive photos and type using Photoshop."
(Wed.) - Students will see an example of a Local Photographer PowerPoint speech and receive information about possible photographers to research. Also, students will begin the Photoshop Watermark project by isolating an illustration (on a transparent background) in Photoshop that will be used next to the photographer's name.
"I will begin preparing for an upcoming speech by seeing which photographers are available to do my research. Also, I will begin the process of creating a personal watermark (copyright) by first isolating an illustration (clip art) against a transparent background using Photoshop skills."
(Thurs.) - Students will watch a tutorial on how to create a watermark in Photoshop and combine their illustration with their name. Students will also "draft" their local photographer.
"I will create a complete watermark that I can mark on any of my photos. Also, I will know which photographer I will research for an upcoming speech.
(Fri.) - Students will browse the internet for e-mail addresses, websites or phone numbers of their local photographer.
"I will begin the process of researching for my local photographer by browsing the internet for needed information."
